We all love to devour a slice of moist carrot cake. With our Carrot Cake Bites, you can enjoy the same rich flavor of carrot cake without the sugar and fat. We handcraft ours using freshly shredded carrots and nuts rolled with oats and sweetened with cinnamon-flavoured crushed dates. These are tasty enough to qualify as dessert, but nutritious enough to be a healthy snack.
Medjool dates are also an excellent source of phytonutrients, plant compounds that may have health benefits. Studies have shown they can stimulate the immune system, reduce inflammation, prevent DNA damage, and improve hormone regulation.
